Shipping policy

At OneFiveOptics, we are committed to getting your precision gear to you safely and efficiently. We treat every shipment with the care that high-performance optics deserve.

Processing and Handling

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Zone: We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Transit Time: Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday) to arrive, depending on your destination.
  • Shipping Costs: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • Express Options: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee calculated at real-time carrier rates.

Security and Signature Requirements

To protect your investment, OneFiveOptics implements the following security measures:

  • Signature Required: Due to the high value of our products, all orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the package.
  • Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured by OneFiveOptics until it is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us at sales@onefiveoptics.com within 48 hours.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your item, please contact the carrier and our support team immediately.
