Refund policy
At OneFiveOptics, we aim to process all returns fairly, efficiently, and quickly to ensure a smooth customer experience.
1. Delivery Inspection & Return Window
Shipping damage, defects, or order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution. Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@onefiveoptics.com including your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Preference: For standard returns (e.g., "changed my mind"), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, OneFiveOptics will provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.
4. Inspections and Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
We also offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards or items marked as "Final Sale."
- Items showing signs of wear, mounting marks, tripod marks, or lens scratches.
We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
